FREE MEDICAL SERVICES

Do you need medical or dental care but can’t afford it? Do you struggle to pay for your prescription or over-the-counter medications? Are you uninsured or underinsured? We don’t screen for income, residency or citizenship status so all you need to do is show up!

We provide FREE primary care, dental, diabetes, eye, and mental health clinics for uninsured and underinsured patients. We also help all of our patients get their prescription and over-the-counter medications at no cost to the patient. No controlled substances are dispensed by or prescribed at the Seager Memorial Clinic.

We are open Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 3-5 PM, closed holidays. Appointments are first come, first served. We are located in the basement of the Ogden Rescue Mission, with the exception of our Eye Clinic which is held at our 24th street location. 

How do I get care?

All of our medical services are first come, first served with no appointment needed! Just walk in when our doors open at 2:30 PM, put your name on the list, and wait to be seen. We see all patients within 2 hours of arrival and often much faster. No paperwork or identification is needed. We will check your vital signs, you will see a medical provider, and we will give you the prescription and over-the-counter medications you need, before you leave the building! There really is no catch. We are here to help anyone who needs it. NOTE: Our dental clinic is always busy so you’ll need to arrive early to wait for a spot.

General Medical Clinic
General Medical Clinics

Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 3-5 PM. Last sign in at 4:30 PM. We offer urgent care, adult family care, diagnostic vouchers for our uninsured patients - e.g. x-ray, MRI, CT, ultrasound, etc. Full range of laboratory testing and onsite medication refills. We do not carry any controlled substances. We are unable to sign disability, social security, CDL or drivers license forms. Diabetes Clinic
Diabetes Clinic

Most Wednesdays from 3-5 PM. Last sign in at 4:30 PM. We offer glucose and A1c testing before the patient meets with a diabetes specialist. A full range of lab testing along with all prescribed diabetes medication and supplies.

Mental Health
Mental Health Medication Clinic

4th Friday from 3-5 PM. Last sign in at 4:30 PM. Patients will discuss their medication needs with our mental health provider and receive the prescribed medication the same day. We do not carry or prescribe any controlled substances.

Dental Clinic
ADULT DENTAL CLINIC

For patients 16 and older. We do not take appointments. Schedule varies, check the monthly schedule for confirmed dates. IMPORTANT: Doors open at 2:30 PM clinic is always busy so you'll need to come early to get a spot. The first four patients will be seen that day. We offer fillings, extractions, silver crowns and partial dentures after an evaluation from one of our dentists. NO CLEANINGS.

Pediatric Eye Clinic
PEDIATRIC EYE CLINICS

Free yearly eye exams and prescription glasses for children and teens. Held once a month during the school year. We partner with the Ogden School District, contact one of their school nurses to sign up your child. If your child is not in the Ogden School District, email us at info@seagerclinic.org. PLEASE NOTE: The eye clinic is held at our new location, 555 E. 24th street, in Ogden.

Medication
Medication Pick Up

Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 3-5 PM. Last sign in at 4:30 PM. Patients must meet with a medical provider before receiving any medication. We offer a full array of prescription and over the counter medications in the clinic. We do not carry or write prescriptions for controlled substances or Gabapentin. In some instances if we do not carry a certain medication we have a volunteer who will help the patient apply for assistance through the manufacturer. The patient is responsible for any lost or stolen medications. We reserve the right to deny services to patients that abuse our medication process.

Immunizations
Immunizations

Flu shots available any time we are open. Other immunizations via free vouchers to the Weber-Morgan Health Department, available at any of our general medical clinics or diabetes clinics.

We host an annual Health Screening Day to provide free health screenings for our community.

Q: CAN YOU HELP ME GET MY PRESCRIPTION AND OVER-THE-COUNTER MEDICATIONS FOR FREE?

Yes, we help all of our patients get their prescription and over-the-counter medications at no cost to the patient. No controlled substances are dispensed by or prescribed at the Seager Memorial Clinic. We have a voucher program with Walmart and can apply for medication assistance through various pharmaceutical companies if we don’t carry the medication.

  • Dental Clinics – Fillings, extractions, and partial dentures
  • Eye Clinics – Custom prescription eyeglasses, diabetic retinopathy screenings
  • Mental Health Medication Clinics – Psychiatric medication, depression and anxiety management
  • Diabetes Management – Free diabetic medication and supplies, routine blood work, retinopathy screenings, foot examinations and care, patient educational handouts
  • Podiatry Clinic – Foot examinations and care
  • Immunizations including Pneumonia, Hepatitis B, and flu shots
  • Lab work including Covid-19 rapid antigen and saliva PCR testing
  • Diagnostic testing including x-rays, MRIs, colonoscopies, etc. (through community partners)
  • Cancer screenings
  • Community referrals – Midtown Community Health Center, Weber-Morgan Health Department, Utah Cancer Control Program, Weber Human Services, United Way’s 2-1-1, etc.
