• Arrive no later than 2:25 PM
• Watch the brief training video before volunteering HERE
• Put out sign in sheets
• Pull patient’s charts as they sign in
• Ensure patient’s fill out all appropriate forms and tablets
• Keep charts organized
• Assist RNs and MAs in keeping the patient flow going
• Assist providers with any forms the patients might need
• Stay until the last patient is seen by the pharmacist
• Complete all desk tasks and file completed patient charts at the end of the day

• Arrive no later than 2:30 PM
• Ensure all supplies are restocked and ready for the day
• Call patients in and perform vitals
• Place patient in room and let the provider know they’re ready to be seen
• Clean rooms after each patient is seen, empty garbage if needed
• Assist providers
• Administer Flu shots if qualified
• Run A1c, Glucose, COVID, pregnancy and Urine tests
• Draw labs if you’ve been trained
• Stay until the last patient is seen by the provider

• Current license required, we can help you get a volunteer medical license if yours has expired

• Arrive by 3:00 PM
• Meet with patients and treat accordingly
• Give lab order to RNs or MAs to draw
• Consult with pharmacists on the medications we carry
• We DO NOT carry or prescribe any controlled substances
• Work with our Community Health Worker to order diagnostic testing

• Current license required, we can help you get a volunteer medical license if yours has expired
• Arrive by 2:30 PM
• Meet with patients and treat accordingly
• Work with the pharmacists to prescribe antibiotics or over the counter pain relievers
• We DO NOT carry or prescribe any controlled substances
• Refer patients who need partial dentures to Dr. Frost

• Current license required, we can help you get a volunteer pharmacist license if yours has expired

• Arrive by 3:00 PM
• Work with providers in selecting the medications we carry
• We DO NOT carry or prescribe any controlled substances
• Let pharmacist in charge know which medications need to be ordered when running low
• Fill prescriptions and deliver to patients in the waiting room
• Return patients charts to the front desk

• Arrive by 3:00 PM
• Assist pharmacists
• Under the direction of the pharmacist in charge, remove outdated medications
• Count and fill prescriptions, pharmacists will verify

• Arrive no later than 2:30 PM
• Interpret for the patient in all aspects of their visit including their time with a provider and pharmacist
• Stay until the last patient is seen by the pharmacist
• Important – Since we do not take appointments, we never know how many patients will need translation services. There may be a lot of down time, we ask that you’re willing to help with other tasks during that time such as chart pulling / filing, etc.

• Assist the doctor
• Sign patients in
• Give patients forms to fill out
• Take patient’s vitals including testing glucose levels
• Help patients choose frames
• If you’re interpreting, assist other volunteers when there is down time
