Days of operation:
- Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 3 PM to 5 PM, LAST SIGN IN IS AT 4:30 PM
- Closed on all national holidays
Cost:
- Always completely FREE
- No insurance needed
Documentation needed:
- None!
Appointments:
- All clinics are first come, first served, no appointments taken aside from the eye clinic which requires patients to sign up ahead of time with a maximum of 10 patients
Adult Eye Clinic:
- Always on a Thursday, (usually) once a month, held at 539 24th street in Ogden
- A complete eye exam and glasses ordered at no cost
- Patients must sign up for this either in the clinic at the Ogden Rescue Mission or by calling 801-528-2396, someone will call them back to confirm
Dental Clinics:
- Usually on a Monday – check website for updates www.seagerclinic.org
- First come first served, no appointments taken, maximum of 4-5 patients
- Must sign in on the day of the clinic at the Ogden Rescue Mission at 8 AM, they don’t need to stay, just be back by 2:30 PM
- We offer extractions, fillings and in some cases partial dentures, no full dentures, cleanings, root canals or crowns
Mental Health Medication Clinic:
- Usually the 4th Friday of each month – check website for updates
- Mostly for medication prescribing and refills
Diabetic Clinics:
- Every Wednesday
General Medical Clinics:
- Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday
Medications:
- A pharmacy is on site where the prescription/s will be filled after they see a medical provider
- No controlled substances will be filled, NO EXCEPTIONS
- No Gabapentin
- No medical marijuana
- No refills given, must see a medical provider monthly
- Availability to what we have on hand
- If a medication is needed that we do not carry, we have a volunteer on Wednesdays to help with medication assistance through the manufacturer, income and insurance status will determine if they qualify
Diagnostic testing:
- For UNINSURED patients only, we can arrange certain testing through IH (upon qualification)
Immunizations:
- We offer Immunization Vouchers through the Weber – Morgan Health Department
Insured Patients:
- While we see patients with insurance, we encourage them to use their insurance when available. We are not able to access any information on insurance so they will need to research their coverage before we can make any referrals
